Case Study

Meet Matilde Mourinho Felix, MA Entrepreneurship in Fashion & Creative Industries

I have had the pleasure of attending Condé Nast College on two occasions – for the first time in 2015 when I did a 10 Week Certificate Course, and just recently the MA Entrepreneurship: Fashion and Creative Industries. I loved both of my experiences, but my most recent experience was so significant in so many ways.

During the MA Entrepreneurship course, I researched and developed my recently launched sustainable fine jewellery brand, MATILDE Jewellery. I have always known that I wanted to one day have my own business, and I had previous educational and professional experience throughout the fashion and creative industries, but what I lacked were the specific tools to launch a business, and this course gave me exactly that.

Not only did CNC give me the knowledge and tools to embark on this journey, but I also met incredible people along the way. From teachers who supported me throughout the whole journey and even now, to friends that I know I can always count on. I feel really lucky to have been able to do this course, even though 50% of it was over Zoom (Thank you Covid).

I don’t know if I would have the business I have now if it wasn’t for CNC, and for that I am eternally grateful!
